I personally think that aircraft builders, airlines, airports and governments are not doing enough to make significant advances in aviation safety. It seems to me that, excluding the latest electronics and avionics instruments available to pilots, your average passenger aircrafts ’safety features’ are essentially the same as 30 years ago.
