It’s irrelevant to say that many of Islam’s followers are “honest, hard-working people”. Many Nazis might have likewise been considered good, honest, hard-working people who didn’t personally kill any Jews, but that doesn’t mean that the philosophy of Nazi Party they belonged to was any less evil.. It’s boggles the mind to see such medieval and barbaric practices being officially condoned in 2007. How could any so-called modern country want to execute a teenage girl for defending herself? And the irony is that if she hadn't resisted and let herself get raped they'd have probably ordered her hung anyway for "Crimes Against Morality". Unbelievable. All of the contrived, revisionist propaganda aside, Islam is not and never was a peaceful religion. Anyone saying otherwise is either a liar or very naïve and uninformed. Mohammed was a warrior and he conceived of a way to coalesce disparate tribesman under a common banner against a common enemy (Christians), pure and simple. The Koran considers all non-Muslims infidels that must be converted to Islam and promotes spreading the faith by the sword if words don‘t suffice. And please, just what is so “peaceful” about stonings, hangings, floggings, amputations, jihads, honor killings and legally sanctioned misogyny, anyway? Furthermore, how could all of the organized Islamic terrorist factions operate virtually unchecked in the Middle East if their activities were so abhorrent and totally contrary to their fellow Muslims’ core beliefs and morals? Why aren't they all being turned in by their neighbors and stopped from committing crimes against “peaceful Islam“? The answer is that these nefarious groups are at best being tacitly condoned and at worst jubilantly supported by many of their Muslim piers, who believe that as infidels and enemies of Islam we Westerners (and especially us Americans) deserve what we get.
