Not only are they good at handling luggages, their meals and behavior of the flight attendants are also one of the best amongst the biggest airlines. Last year I had a truly dreadful experience with British Airways losing my luggage, failing to assist me when I was stranded without necessary medications, failing to reimburse me (though they say they will do this -when? In a couple of years perhaps?) and not even offering an apology. Nothing can be worse than British Airlines for sheer rudeness and arrogance.
